I am recovering from West Nike Virus & had several questions about this disease & my recovery. Dr. Motiwala listened attentively to my diagnosis & my hospital & rehab experiences. He read the information from the hospital on My Chart & then made comments & answered all my comments. He didn't rush me & I was satisfied with his input when I left. He also is very personable.

He did not delay in coming in. He took time to explain my situation and medications to me. He answered all my questions. Also told me the side effects of medications and gave me something for that.
Will recommend him to my family.

Has a great personality and bedside manner. You don't feel like a number and he really listens to you. I wish all my doctor's could take lessons from him.

Dr. Motiwala was great! Very kind and helpful and he made me feel at ease. We like his table side manner. He answered all our questions and he explained it well. His staff were very friendly and helpful!

Dr. Muhammad Motiwala is attentive, resourceful, and compassionate. It took me several weeks and multiple calls to Kelsey-Seybold to finally schedule an appointment with an Infectious Diseases Doctor. I am also profoundly grateful to his outstanding assistant. She is kind, caring, and knowledgeable. Great team!

He seems to really care about his patients. He takes time to listen to their entire history and discuss all aspects of the patients medical history not just the reason for the referral to see if anything else in the patients medical history could be related. He took time to offer different options for treatment and discuss the pros and cons of each. He doesn’t try to just rush you in and out of his office.
