Thorough, efficient and quick. Just one thing. He should tell patients that go down for blood work that they have to check-in at the first floor reception desk.

Dr Lam was fine, really good, actually, but K-S does not give Drs enough time with each patient. He clearly had very little time to prepare beforehand and not much time to spend with me.
But I get it, you have to see as many pts as possible to pay for the new buildings. Stress your docs until they burn out, you can always hire more.

He is thoroughly and patiently, he has ears to listen to his patients personal concerns. He may be a new to Kelsey Seybold, but he will certainly buildup his own credential in no time. Hope patient like me as well with others trust him in good faith and the best opportunity he’s offering to his patients!
