She behaved promptly. I would give her five stars if she had granted my request to remove her face mask for a few seconds so I could know what she looks like., She refused to do so & since her head was covered as well I might not recognize her if/when I’m in her office again or see her elsewhere.

She introduced herself and she went over all of my x-rays and my image test and she explained what my problem was. I asked her if she could give me a shot to relieve my pain and she replied by saying she wasn’t authorized to do that and she would call my Rheumatologist to if she could get me in that same day which she was able to do and I thank her for that because I was in a lot of pain and agony

Always has a smile, ask questions about how have you been doing. So far visits have been great. Try’s to get everything answered but way of your questions and really does listen to what you have to say before that time is up, as I realize now they are pressuring physicians to cut down on patient visit times.
