Dr. Mehran Massumi is professional with his patients and not in a rush to get you out of his office. His straightforwardness is well received because the communication with his patients is discussion and not short statements. He will clarify and explain for clear understanding. Dr. Massumi's staff is also professional with social skills. He and the staff listen to the patients and respond in conversation!! The Upper Kirby location is great.

Dr. Massumi professionalism in meeting, speaking and listening to my concerns is greatly received. I appreciate his straightforwardness in answering my questions in a concern of caring for his patient. Communication with Dr. Massumi is pleasant (doctor to patient), he listens for my answers and does not interrupt. His staff is wonderful, and pleasant professionals. Thanks for caring.

Dr. Massumi is very professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. He listens attentively to my concerns and I'm quite comfortable in asking questions. I have a rare auto-immune disease which requires me to me multi specialalists. Dr. Massumi is always prepared for my visits by keeping abreast of the plan of care by the others on my care team. I'm so grateful for the excellent care that I have receive at Kelsey-Seybold over the years. I will continue to recommend this institution and it's staff every chance I get!!!
