She takes the time to truly be there for her patients, listening to their needs and wants, and offering thoughtful suggestions in response to their questions. That, to me, is such a big part of open communication between doctor and patient. It’s rare to find physicians who make you feel like they genuinely care. Big kudos to Jeannine Wallace—absolutely love that.
