She not only listened to me, she *heard* me - there’s a difference. Her interpersonal skills are exceptional (eye contact, not speaking over me, sincere). In addition, she took the time to review past records during the appointment and make recommendations accordingly. She is in the right line of work.

PA-C Caroline at River Oaks seen me immediately. I got sick at work for some reason my blood pressure was up. she acted quickly, very thorough , ordered tests ,was very efficient, explain things to me and showed so much concern and passion . also advised me use MKO if I need anything or have any questions and checked on me the next day . she was Outstanding .

Through approach to diagnosis and identifying underlying and root causes. Knowledgeable and and appears to have aptitude to research and expand on it (doesn't write things off easily but runs the problem down to it’s root causes). Appears to genuinely care about the patient’s health and prevention of root health issue causes.

This was my first visit and it was Awesome!
The Doctor spent time with me, listened to my concerns and came up with a course of action to get me up to date and address my area’s of needing attention. I would highly recommend and from the minute I walked in the door everyone was very friendly and attentive.
