Denise listen to my idea of how I felt about my pain & she checked my
chart to see what else I had going on. She gave my some thing to try
doing to see if they worked. I found her to be caring and thoughtful of my needs.

I was listened to and allowed an active role in determining a course of treatment that fits my lifestyle. Dr. Horowitz went the extra mile to get me the help I needed quickly, getting me right in for x-rays and even hand-delivering my visit notes to me at the other end of the clinic when the printer didn't work.

Very profession. She was on time I appreciate that because I can not sit for a long time. She is friendly put me at ease. Very knowledge did a through exam and we decided to have the third injection in my spine. She introduced me to the scheduler and told me to follow up in two weeks after the injection. Excellent member to KS team.

This was my first visit with her. She is knowledgeable and personable. She listens and answers questions. She is an outstanding PA-C. I will recommend her to anyone I know who needs to be seen for spine related symptoms. I am very happy I chose her to take care of me. Amazing!
