We love you Pat. She makes our experience here at The Last Frontier Brewing Company enjoyable every single time that makes us want to keep coming back to enjoy the great service and great food aswell!! We love the singers that play while we eat and interact with everyone. Its a comfortable, relaxing, delicious and enjoyable evening that keeps us coming back to this establishment.

The food was good, but the waitress that we had, pat, was completely rude and out of line with me. I was with a group of 5, the first two arrived we’re not aware that there was an additional person with us so after getting there, I just asked if we could move to a larger table. The hostess was a pleasant girl. She was so sweet and she said yes, or we can just add another table on over here so that we don’t take you out of her section which I said was wonderful. I thought that was a wonderful idea. We then put the tables together sat down. I had legal guardianship of my intellectually disabled Uncle, who has the intellectual capabilities of a seven-year-old and he tried to order a drink, and I asked her what pops she had, and she rudely rolled her eyes and talks over me to him, I can ask I said what do you have this caffeine free Sprite he orders a root beer and I said oh it only if it’s caffeine free again with an attitude she says it is root beer. After that, it all went downhill with this lady.
Dinner comes out everyone’s got water. I had ordered a wine, but I also had a water and she filled everybody’s water and slams the water bottle down in front of my glass and walks away. At this point, it’s so noticeable that my other patrons are wondering what her problem is with me.
At the end she brings the bills, (originally I had said to put myself and my uncle who I have guardianship of on separate checks so that I can make sure that his is accounted for, but during this conversation I said, it’s OK just put him on mine.
At the end of dinner, she proceeds to bring the checks and she has put my uncle onto the check of another person that’s at the table.
I calmly let the lady know that he’s supposed to be on my check where she didn’t argues with me and says no that the other patron said she was taking care of him, to watch the other patron and Rep replies no, I was only paying for her and myself and again Pat argues with that patron, but just a little.
Being as I’ve been in my entire life, and I treat every guest with the exact same amount of respect, no matter who they are I was baffled.
I’ve then tell her it’s no big deal just move him onto my check where she then tells me with the biggest attitude that it is a big deal. Again, I’ve worked in food my whole life. I’ve used all the point of sales systems. It is very easy to move a guest to another check, especially if you know what you’re doing.
After a few minutes of being away, she comes back with the check right I pay it. She brings everybody’s checks back thanks every single person, and slams my check in front of me without thanking me.
This is all on camera too, so if they would like to watch the cameras and see how rude she was to me they’re absolutely more than welcome to do that as well as the guest who were with me who were just astounded by why she was treating me so poorly for no reason at all.
She’s lucky I left a tip, it’s only because as a server, I felt bad that she wouldn’t make anything off of me, which is really kind of pathetic since she didn’t really seem to give a one cent about how she treated me.
Her attitude and the way she treated me completely ruined not just my experience, but everyone’s experienced at the table. It was very very uncomfortable.

I travel a LOT, and I joke that I am on a quest to fund the BEST fish and chips on earth. I have had all manner of fried fish and potato "chips". Now when I'm in a new city I just Google "best fish and chips near me". In Anchorage I was directed to a downtown place off of F-street ;) ... it was good, BUT... I have NEVER EVER have fish and chips like I've had at Last Frontier!!! WOW... everything about the entire experience is sublime and I'm not being dramatic! I fly to the general area from KS and drive over an hour just to experience the CRISPY halibut, homemade tater sauce, and scratch made cole slaw! I'm not kidding when I'm not in Kansas I am dreaming about this dish and telling everyone where to get the very best fish and chips in existence!!

Love the atmosphere, and the food, oh my gosh! I had the prime rib sandwich French dip, it was so delicious! I typically don't/can't eat even half a meal. I ate way more than half. The flavor was beautiful! I have had a difficult time finding French dip that had a solid flavor, the prime rib was perfect, the added horseradish was soooo good! Also, the service was phenomenal! All around excellent experience!

Your entertainer was too loud and often off key. I am a professional entertainer and thought he was horrible.

The atmosphere, the food, the service. It’s a great local spot. We love coming here even though it’s rare we eat out.
